La suscripción del V AENC plantea interesantes desafíos para la negociación colectiva, empezando por la mejora de algunos de sus elementos clave. Lo que este análisis se propone es hacer un balance de cómo los convenios colectivos sectoriales suscritos con posterioridad a su entrada en vigor han podido acoger las propuestas y compromisos de los firmantes. Fundamentalmente, en relación con la agilización de los procesos de negociación y sustitución de los convenios; la potenciación de las comisiones paritarias y la mejora de su funcionamiento; y el fortalecimiento del recurso a los medios autónomos de solución de los conflictos colectivos.
The V AENC aruouses interesting challenges for collective bargaining, mostly the improvement of some of its key elements. This analysis aims to assess how the sectoral collective agreements have been able to accommodate the proposals and commitments of the signatories. Fundamentally, in relation to the streamlining of the negotiation and replacement processes of the agreements; the strengthening of the joint committees and the improvement of their functioning; and the strengthening of the recourse to autonomous means of resolving collective conflicts
