El texto del Dr. Julio De Zan que a continuación se ofrece fue leído por el autor en el X Coloquio Latinoamericano sobre Ética del Discurso, organizado por la Fundación ICALA y llevado a cabo en Río Cuarto, Argentina, en noviembre de 2015. Fue su última presentación en tales eventos y, por tanto, las reflexiones que ella contiene están entre sus postreras contribuciones, hasta hoy inéditas, a la filosofía política y a la teoría democrática. Es de suponer que el texto iba a ser sometido a revisión por el autor, práctica que es común entre los conferencistas antes de la publicación definitiva. No obstante, a partir de la versión en poder del comentarista de la ocasión, el profesor Jorge R. De Miguel, presentamos, con correcciones y adaptaciones menores, la exposición que desarrollara el prestigioso filósofo en el Coloquio mencionado.
The following text by Dr. Julio De Zan was read by the author at the X Latin-american Colloquium on Discourse Ethics, organized by the ICALA Foundation and held in Río Cuarto, Argentina, in November 2015. It was his last lecture at such events, and therefore the reflections it contains are among his last unpublished contributions to political philosophy and democratic theory. Presumably, the text was to be revised by the author before final publication. Based on the version available to the colloquium's commentator, Professor Jorge R. De Miguel, we reproduce here, with minor corrections and adjustments, the lecture delivered by the distinguished philosopher at the above-mentioned colloquium.
Der folgende Text von Dr. Julio De Zan wurde vom Autor auf dem X Latinoamerikanischen Kolloquium über Diskursethik gelesen, das von der ICALA-Stiftung organisiert wurde und im November 2015 in Río Cuarto, Argentinien, stattfand. Es war sein letzter Vortrag bei solchen Veranstaltungen, und daher gehören die darin enthaltenen Überlegungen zu seinen letzten, noch unveröffentlichten Beiträgen zur politischen Philosophie und Demokratietheorie. Vermutlich sollte der Text vor der endgültigen Veröffentlichung vom Autor überarbeitet werden. Ausgehend von der Fassung, die dem Kommentator des Kolloquiums, Professor Jorge R. De Miguel, vorliegt, geben wir hier mit geringfügigen Korrekturen und Anpassungen den Vortrag wieder, den der angesehene Philosoph auf dem oben genannten Kolloquium gehalten hat.
