    A partir de la reconstrucción de algunos aspectos centrales del debate filosófico en torno a la unidad de la proposición, propongo un itinerario de los desafíos que debe sortear toda teoría dirigida a entender las normas como proposiciones. Luego, para mostrar su rendimiento explicativo, utilizo este itinerario para presentar las propuestas de Giovanni Tarello, por constituir una teoría que entiende las normas como proposiciones y, al mismo tiempo, resultar afín con los nuevos debates de la filosofía analítica en torno a la unidad de la proposición.

    Based on the reconstruction of some central aspects of the philosophical debate on the unity of the proposition, I propose an itinerary of the challenges that any theory aiming to understand norms as propositions must overcome.

    Then, to demonstrate its explanatory power, I use this itinerary to present Giovanni Tarello’s proposals, as they constitute a theory that understands norms as propositions while also aligning with the new debates in analytic philosophy regarding the unity of the proposition.
