  El propósito del presente trabajo es ofrecer una respuesta al desafío normativista que plantean las reglas determinativas en la obra de Georg Henrik von Wright, tomando como eje principal, aunque no exclusivo, lo expuesto en su libro Norma y acción. El trabajo busca desarrollar una interpretación del punto de vista del jugador, y en estrecha conexión con ello, proponer un sentido para el carácter regulativo de las reglas determinativas, abordando así el enigma de su dimensión regulativa. Sin pretender reconstruir el sentido histórico que von Wright pudo haber atribuido a dichas nociones, el trabajo propone una lectura armónica con diversas piezas de su teoría de las normas. En otras palabras, el trabajo aspira a encajar una pieza faltante en la caracterización de las reglas determinativas, completando, aunque parcialmente, un rompecabezas que aún permanece inconcluso. Dicha pieza no se descubre (es decir, no se deriva deductivamente) de las tesis sostenidas por von Wright; más bien, se construye con ayuda de consideraciones contemporáneas sobre la normatividad de las reglas constitutivas y se adapta coherentemente con algunas de las tesis sostenidas por el autor a propósito de este tema.

  The purpose of this paper is to provide a response to the normativist challenge posed by determinative rules in the work of Georg Henrik von Wright, taking as its main, though not exclusive, reference his book Norm and Action. The paper aims to develop an interpretation from the player’s point of view, and in close connection with this, to propose a meaning for the regulative character of determinative rules, thereby addressing the enigma of their regulatory dimension. Without attempting to reconstruct the historical meaning that von Wright may have attributed to these notions, the paper offers a coherent reading engaging in dialogue with various pieces of his theory of norms. In other words, the paper aspires to fit a missing piece in the characterization of determinative rules, completing, although partially, a puzzle that remains unsolved. This piece is not discovered (that is, not deductively derived) from von Wright’s theses; rather, it is constructed with the aid of contemporary considerations on the normativity of constitutive rules and is coherently adapted to some of the theses upheld by the author regarding this topic
