This article presents AdminMD, a web-based system developed to assist independent physicians in managing patient records, appointments, and clinical documentation. Designed using agile methodologies and secure web technologies, the system offers a centralized platform that enhances autonomy and organization in private medical practices. Preliminary evaluations indicate that AdminMD simplifies daily routines and improves the quality of medical services. The system was designed based on requirements gathered from healthcare professionals and includes features such as electronic medical records, financial control, document generation, and automated reminders. Its architecture follows a modern approach, with a clear separation between frontend (React), backend (ASP.NET Core), and database (PostgreSQL). Simulated scenarios demonstrated that using the platform reduces time spent on administrative tasks and lowers the rate of missed appointments. These results suggest that AdminMD has the potential to increase efficiency, safety, and sustainability in independent medical practices, representing a viable and innovative solution for the healthcare sector.
