: Logical atomism, with its claim to reduce the world to linguistic atoms, if taken in a weak aspect, one that can be employed for the reconstruction of the world without ontological commitments, can be useful for the formulation of a legal theory that seeks to explain what the “law” is exclusively on normative basis, without this meaning the denial of the heterogeneity of meanings that the term carries, because it is a clipping, whereby the legal norms in a dynamic sense, taken as atoms of the model, make up the legal order by correlating themselves, but, statically, even though they are elementary, they can still be analyzed in criteria.
O atomismo lógico, com sua pretensão de reduzir o mundo a átomos linguísticos, se tomado em uma vertente fraca, uma que possa ser empregada para a reconstrução do mundo sem compromissos ontológicos, pode ser útil para a formulação de uma teoria jurídica que busque explicar o que vem a ser o “direito” em bases exclusivamente normativas — sem isso significar a negação da multiplicidade de significados que o termo carrega —, pois se trata de recorte pelo qual as normas jurídicas, tomadas como átomos do modelo, compõem o ordenamento jurídico correlacionando-se em sentido dinâmico, mas, estaticamente, mesmo sendo tomadas como elementais, ainda assim podem ser analisadas em critérios.
