La investigación se focaliza en la revocación de la libertad condicional, concretamente en la causalde incumplimiento sin justificación suficiente del plan de intervención. Los objetivos del presentetrabajo buscan, por una parte, determinar el alcance y sentido de la causal, y por otra, ofrecercriterios que las Comisiones de Libertad Condicional deban considerar al evaluar la gravedady ausencia de justificación de los incumplimientos del plan de intervención.
The research focuses on parole revocation, and in particular, on one of its grounds: non-adherence,without sufficient justification, to the intervention plan. The objectives of this paper are, onthe one hand, to determine the scope and meaning of the cause, and on the other hand, to offercriteria that the Parole Commissions should consider when evaluating the seriousness and absenceof justification for non-compliance with the intervention plan.
