• The author takes into analysis different territorial practices of social dialogue building on a legal or autonomous ground. Attention is paid, in particular, to the different models or forms of local social dialogue and to their juridical relations with collective regulations system: that is how to manage conflictual relations between newer territorial regulations and traditional national agreements.
