    El punto de partida del texto es la propuesta ellacuriana de la civilización de la pobreza, que se relee a partir de un par de problemáticas propias del contexto histórico que vive la humanidad hoy: el cambio climático y la violencia como negocio. El objetivo que se persigue es mostrar que, más allá del momento en el que esta propuesta fue desarrollada, sigue siendo pertinente para intentar subvertir el actual ordenamiento mundial y contribuir en la construcción de un proyecto global alternativo, tal como lo pensó su autor.

    The starting point of the text is the Ellacurian proposal of the civilization of poverty, which is re-read from a pair of typical problems of the historic context that humanity lives today: climate change and violence as a business. The objective that is pursued is to show that, beyond the moment in which this proposal was developed, it is still relevant in order to subvert the current world order and contribute to the construction of an alternative global project, as it was thaught by its author.
