Resumen de Health as a common good of humanity: : The construction of shared common spaces for the validity of fundamental human rights from the perspective of fraternity

  El tema de la investigación es el derecho a la salud. Objetivo general: abordar la construcción de espacios comunes compartidos para implementar el derecho a la salud como un bien común de la humanidad. Los objetivos específicos son: 1) Abordar el neoliberalismo y la biopolítica como un dúo perjudicial para los bienes comunes; 2) Estudiar los mecanismos biopolíticos para gestionar, proteger y promover los bienes comunes a través de la salud como derecho humano; 3) Analizar la posibilidad de reconocer la salud como un bien común desde la fraternidad. La base teórica es la Metateoría del Derecho Fraternal. La investigación se produce mediante el método deductivo y análisis bibliográfico. Ante el reconocimiento de la salud como un bien común, surge la pregunta: ¿puede la fraternidad perfeccionar la construcción de espacios comunes compartidos para la realización de los derechos humanos? Parece que la fraternidad tiene el potencial de que la incorporación social proporcione un terreno común para realizar el derecho humano a la salud.

  The topic of the research is the right to health. General objective: address the construction of shared common spaces to implement the right to health as a common good of humanity. The specific objectives are: 1) Address neoliberalism and biopolitics as a duo detrimental to the commons; 2) Study biopolitical mechanisms to manage, protect and promote common goods through health as a human right; 3) Analyze the possibility of recognizing health as a common good from fraternity. The theoretical basis is the Metatheory of Fraternal Law. The research is produced through the deductive method and bibliographic analysis. Given the recognition of health as a common good, the question arises: can fraternity perfect the construction of shared common spaces for the realization of human rights? It appears that fraternity has the potential for social incorporation to provide common ground for realizing the human right to health.
