Democracy in societies whose relations are constituted in the inequality of gender and race becomes a fiction when it does not reach the doors of black women because they do not participate in it or even do not enjoy it, so this research will analyze the path of rise of black woman in the career of the Judiciary and the effects on institutional policies designed in the light of the racial profile and racial inequalities, in order to understand the institutional arrangements capable of promoting the participation of black women in the spaces of power in the Judiciary, in a quali-quantitative approach and explanatory, having as method, the deductive reasoning.

A democracia em sociedades cuja relações estão constituídas na desigualdade de gênero e raça, passa a ser uma ficção quando essa não chega às portas das mulheres negras por dela não participarem ou mesmo, dela não usufruírem, assim, essa pesquisa analisará o caminho de ascensão da mulher negra na carreira do Judiciário e os efeitos nas políticas institucionais desenhadas à luz do recorte racial e das desigualdades raciais, de modo a compreender os arranjos institucionais capazes de fomentar a participação de mulheres negras nos espaços de poder no Judiciário, numa abordagem quali-quantitativa e explicativa, tendo como método, o raciocínio dedutivo.
