A partir de la necesidad de conocer y contextualizar las investigaciones y acciones que se han generado en México respecto de la discriminación laboral de la diversidad sexual y de género, se llevó a cabo una revisión literaria para construir un estado de la cuestión que permitiera comprender el problema al que se enfrenta cotidianamente la comunidad LGBTIQ+. El texto comienza contextualizando el panorama internacional sobre los derechos humanos y laborales de la diversidad sexual y de género, en segundo lugar, se describen los principales hallazgos a nivel internacional y nacional y se concluye con una discusión de los resultados.
Based on the need to know and contextualize the investigations and actions that have been generated in Mexico regarding labor discrimination of sexual and gender diversity, a literary review was carried out to build a state of the art that would allow understanding the problems that the LGBTIQ+ community faces daily. The text begins by contextualizing the international panorama on the human and labor rights of sexual and gender diversity, secondly, it describes the main findings at the international and national levels and concludes with a discussion of the results.
