El objetivo de este trabajo es analizar la impronta del destino migratorio sobre la reinserción sociolaboral de migrantes españoles que retornaron a su país durante la pandemia. Se analiza cómo la experiencia migratoria en distintas ciudades de destino tiene consecuencias diferentes sobre el desarrollo de sus trayectorias laborales, especialmente tras reinsertarse al mercado laboral del país de origen. Se empleó una metodología longitudinal cualitativa basada en un enfoque biográfico, y se entrevistó a 21 sujetos con experiencia migratoria en Ciudad de México o Londres, en dos momentos de observación distintos, quienes experimentaron una migración de retorno entre ambos momentos de observación. Se encontró que, efectivamente, el destino migratorio elegido tiene implicaciones sobre la reinserción sociolaboral experimentada tras retornar a España.
This paper aims to analyze how the migratory experience affects the labor trajectories of the Spaniards after they return during the pandemic. The article analyzes how experience in different destination cities has different consequences on the development of their labor trajectories, especially on the reinsertion into the labor market of the country of origin. A qualitative longitudinal methodology was used based on a biographical approach, from which 21 subjects with migratory experience were interviewed in Mexico City or London, and at two different observation moments, subjects who experienced a return migration between both observation moments. It was found that, indeed, the migratory experience accumulated in different migratory destination has implications on the socio-labor reintegration experienced after returning to Spain.
