This study examines the role of the tutor professor in the Clinical Dentistry I module at INTA-UNINTA University Center, emphasizing its impact on student training. The tutor professor plays a crucial role in supervising treatment plans, providing immediate feedback, and fostering reflective practice. The methodology involved 32 students, with tutors overseeing treatment in various specialties, ensuring quality care, and monitoring clinical documentation. Data from student evaluations indicated that 90% recognized effective procedural supervision, 88% appreciated immediate feedback, and 75% valued emotional support. Donald Schön’s reflective practice model was applied, highlighting the tutor’s role in facilitating real-time decision-making and adaptive learning. Results revealed improvements in students’ clinical confidence, teamwork, and documentation accuracy. The experience also encouraged faculty collaboration and strengthened the module’s role in dental education. Challenges included emotional strain and time management. Recommendations include continuous tutor training, structured feedback protocols, and digital tools for documentation. The study concludes that the tutor professor significantly enhances clinical training, promoting ethical, technical, and humanized dental practice.
