El artículo se circunscribe al periodo 2011-2023 y recupera los antecedentes que configuraron el origen de los servicios de capacitación que desde el IFED se brindaron a partidos políticos y autoridades electas, las principales características de la oferta de capacitación durante estos 12 años de gestión, la respuesta obtenida y las estrategias metodológicas implementadas. Sumado a este recuento histórico, se colocan algunas reflexiones que surgen del intercambio de saberes, pues la formación y capacitación han estado lejos de configurarse como un proceso vertical de enseñanza, más bien el acercamiento a los diferentes actores que participan en la vida de los partidos políticos ha proporcionado aprendizaje en doble vía
The article encompasses the 2011-2023 period, and it recovers the background that shaped the origin of the training services for political parties and authorities from IFED, the main characteristics of the training offer during these 12 years, the response obtained, and the methodological strategies implemented. In addition to this historical account, there are some reflections that arise from the exchange of knowledge provided that education and training have been far from being configured as a vertical teaching process; rather, the rapprochement to the different actors that participate in the life of political parties has provided a two-way learning
