Este trabajo tiene el objetivo de desarrollar filosóficamente los estudios de derecho sucesorio del reconocido jurista catalán Juan Bms. Vallet de Goy-tisolo. En este sentido, se ofrece una breve panorámica acerca de las dife-rentes posiciones filosóficas sobre el derecho de sucesiones y la propia de Vallet, con la intención de juzgar la incidencia de estas perspectivas en los distintos sistemas sucesorios y el espíritu que los informa. Así mismo, se explicará la particular posición del autor acerca de las reservas testamentarias y legítimas. Finalmente, se examinará la importancia del derecho sucesorio como una especial manifestación del derecho institucional defendido por Vallet.
This work aims to develop philosophically the studies about inheritance law of the recognised catalonian jurist Juan. Bms. Vallet de Goytisolo. In this sense, it will be offer a brief panoramic view of the different philo-sophical positions about inheritance law and the particular standing of Vallet, with the intention to decide the influence of these points of view in the different systems of inheritance law and to explore the spirit inside these systems. Additionally, it will be explain the particular position of this autor about the testamentary dispositions of reserve and legal limits to the herit-age. Finally, it will be analyse the trascendence of the inheritance law as a concrete proof of the institutional law defended by Vallet.
