    El presente trabajo tiene por finalidad dar a conocer la interpretación de la Corte Interamericana de Derechos Humanos respecto del derecho al medio ambiente sano en la sentencia sobre el Caso Lhaka Honhat vs. Argentina, la cual propone una concepción ecocéntrica de la naturaleza y los componentes del medio ambiente.

    The purpose of this paper is to present the interpretation of the Interamerican Court of Human Rights regarding the right to a healthy environment in the judgment on the Lhaka Honhat v. Argentina Case, which proposes an ecocentric conception of nature and the components of the environment.
