The present work aims to analyze the impact of Amazon’s land controversies on the scarcity of energy infrastructure in the region. As a proposal to examine the dilemma, it starts with bibliographical research and the hypothetical-deductive method, dividing it into three parts, in addition to an introduction and conclusion. Initially, it investigates the evolution of Amazonian territorial occupation, the informality regarding the transmission of properties and the vicissitudes of land regularization policies. Then, the state of the art of the Amazon colonization policy through rural settlements is investigated to, in the end, demonstrate that they were not sufficient to provide energy infrastructure essential to the sustainable development of the Rural Amazon and the dignified life of the peasant population.
O presente trabalho tem como objetivo analisar o impacto das controvérsias fundiárias na Amazônia sobre a escassez de infraestrutura energética na região. Como proposta para exame do dilema, parte-se de uma pesquisa bibliográfica e do método hipotético-dedutivo, dividindo-se em três partes, além de introdução e conclusão. De início, narra-se a evolução da ocupação territorial amazônica, a informalidade sobre a transmissão das propriedades e as vicissitudes das políticas fundiárias. Após, investiga-se o estado da arte da política de colonização da Amazônia por meio de assentamentos rurais para, ao final, demonstrar que não foram suficientes ao provimento de infraestrutura energética essencial ao desenvolvimento sustentável da Amazônia Rural e à vida digna da população campesina.
