Durante los últimos años, el derecho administrativo estadounidense ha experimentado una profunda modificación, efectuada de la misma forma en la que se creó: por vía jurisprudencial. Son varias las resoluciones del Tribunal Supremo de los Estados Unidos que han supuesto un profundo varapalo a las distintas agencias gubernamentales suprimiendo o restringiendo las potestades que les habían venido siendo reconocidas desde la aparición misma del Administrative state. El presente trabajo expone brevemente las recientes novedades jurisprudenciales en la materia.
In recent years, American Administrative Law has undergone a profound modification, carried out in the same way in which it was created: through case law. Several rulings of the Supreme Court of the United States have dealt a profound blow to the various government agencies by suppressing or restricting the powers that had been granted to them since the very emergence of the Administrative state. This article briefly explains recent jurisprudential developments in this area.
