Resumen de O teletrabalho: surgimento e progressos em Portugal

  In a scenario of technological revolution and constant transformation and updating, which characterizes the “information society”, teleworking emerges as a new form of work organization. Its growth in recent years is notable, a significant result of the COVID-19 pandemic, combined with the progress of Information and Communication Technologies. It will be precisely because of these advances in teleworking that we will begin this work. Consequently, the benefits of applying it will be highlighted, but also the risks it may entail, as well as the different modalities that may exist in this context. Portugal also followed these changes. In this way, we will analyze the provision of teleworking in the Portuguese system, from its legal framework to highlighting some aspects of the current legal regime. The methodology used will be based on the theoretical analysis of doctrine and legislative norms in force in the Portuguese legal system, as well as scientific articles.

  Num cenário de revolução tecnológica e constante transformação e atualização, que caracteriza a sociedade de informação, emerge o teletrabalho como uma nova forma de organização do trabalho. O seu crescimento nos últimos anos é notório, resultado, significativo, da pandemia de COVID-19, aliada ao progresso das Tecnologias da Informação e Comunicação. Será exatamente por esses progressos do teletrabalho que iniciaremos o presente trabalho. Consequentemente, serão evidenciados os benefícios da aplicação daquele, mas também os riscos que pode acarretar, assim como as diversas modalidades que podem existir neste âmbito. Portugal também acompanhou estas mudanças. Deste modo, analisaremos brevemente a provisão do teletrabalho no ordenamento jurídico português, desde o seu enquadramento legal ao destaque de alguns aspetos do regime jurídico vigente. A metodologia utilizada terá como base a análise teórica de doutrina e de normas legislativas em vigor no ordenamento jurídico português, assim como artigos científicos
