The objective of this project is to improve patient care within the mobile medical assistance vehicles of private hospitals and clinics in Peru. For this reason, a facial and fingerprint recognition hardware called “MEDIC ID” was created, where the beneficiaries of the project and the product to be created, the justification and financial evaluation of the project were defined so that it was profitable and a good option. to invest. In order to carry out the project, a prototype of the hardware was designed virtually in 3D, the 4P’s of marketing, a diagram of use of the application, the size and location of the project where the factory will be built in this case and the point sales area where the product will be offered, distribution and marketing strategies. In addition, the flow diagram was designed to plan the layout of the plant and the necessary investments, budgets were considered and, finally, a financial evaluation was carried out to determine the profitability of the project.
El presente proyecto tiene como objetivo mejorar la atención a los pacientes dentro de los vehículos de asistencia médica móvil de los hospitales y clínicas particulares del Perú. Por ello, se creó un hardware de reconocimiento facial y dactilar llamado “ID MEDIC”, en donde se definieron los beneficiarios del proyecto y el producto a crear, la justificación y la evaluación financiera del proyecto para que este mismo sea rentable y una buena opción para invertir. Para poder concretizar el proyecto se diseñó un prototipo del hardware de manera virtual en 3D, las 4P’s de marketing, un diagrama de uso del aplicativo, el tamaño y la localización del proyecto en donde se va a realizar la fábrica en este caso y el punto de venta en donde se va a ofrecer el producto, estrategias de distribución y marketing. Además, se diseñó el diagrama de flujo para planificar la distribución de la planta y se consideraron las inversiones necesarias, los presupuestos y, por último, se realizó una evaluación financiera para determinar la rentabilidad del proyecto.
