The paper provides an overview of the articles published in the years 2021-2023 by journals affiliated to the International Association of Labour Law Journals (Iallj). It aims to identify trends and developments in the scientific debate. In recent years, labour law journals have shown growing interest in articles and research papers focusing on the most recent transitions having an impact on the world of work. We addressed work and labour relations transformations linked to the digital transition and to green and just transition, as well as to due diligence. Many labour law articles also describe a widespread need for protection for workers in the transforming world of employment. The paper aims to testify the ongoing debate on the role played by labour law in facing the main vulnerabilities that risk being exacerbated by these transitions, in the view of offering some elements to build critical perspectives on political and social institutions.
