It is not possible to build today if we do not pay attention to the precepts that inform sustainability from its increasingly numerous perspectives. And this requires a methodological sequence, in which a priority must be established between the resources and strategies that come into play. What the site offers must propose specific architectural systems to be understood and managed by the designer for the creation of the habitat. Then, and only then, the contribution of building services, bridge the gap between the difficulties and shortcomings of this first action and the total comfort of the user.
