The world is currently going through numerous economic, political, social, migratory, and environmental crises that are becoming more numerous and prolonged. This denotes the unsustainability of the capitalist system to solve the main problems that affect humanity today. Latin America is not exempt from these problems; in fact, studies show that it is the most unequal region on the planet. This is why the emergence of oppositional alternatives is necessary to put an end to the inequalities caused by the neoliberal model. Such inequalities can be understood from the study of the Marxist conception of the labor-capital relationship. The objective of this work is to carry out an analysis of how neoliberal policies influence the labor-capital relationship, considering the impact of algorithms on the organization of work and labor exploitation, taking into account the present cycle of inequalities where access to opportunities is limits and solidifies structures of privilege, thus evidencing the tensions inherent to capitalism and the need for a social transformation that addresses these structural inequalities.
El mundo actualmente atraviesa numerosas crisis, económicas, políticas, sociales, migratorias, medioambientales que cada vez son más numerosas y prolongadas. Esto denota la insostenibilidad del sistema capitalista para resolver las principales problemáticas que hoy afectan a la humanidad. América Latina no está exenta de estos problemas, de hecho, estudios realizados demuestran que es la región más desigual del planeta. Es por ello, que se hace necesario el surgimiento de alternativas contestarias que pongan fin a las desigualdades causadas por el modelo neoliberal. Tales desigualdades pueden ser comprendidas a través del estudio de la concepción marxista de la relación trabajo-capital y en la noción de capital humano de Michel Foucault, a partir de su crítica al neoliberalismo. El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo realizar un análisis de cómo influyen las políticas neoliberales en la relación trabajo capital considerando el impacto de los algoritmos en la organización del trabajo y la explotación laboral, teniendo en cuenta el presente ciclo de desigualdades donde el acceso a oportunidades se limita y se solidifican estructuras de privilegio, evidenciando así las tensiones inherentes al capitalismo y la necesidad de una transformación social que aborde estas desigualdades estructurales.
