La presente investigación propone establecer una visión crítica combinando dos disciplinas científicas, la sociológica y la psicológica. Así se investiga la influencia de la era tecnológica en el auge de personas tecnoestresadas a través de la Teoría de la Distinción de Pierre Bourdieu. Aplicando para ello, una metodología cuantitativa y cualitativa sobre las mismas. Obteniendo como resultado, la existencia de un nexo común que relaciona la Teoría de la Distinción con el riesgo psicosocial del Tecnoestrés sobre éstas personas, y estableciendo con la finalidad de ausencia del mismo riesgo psicosocial, la necesidad de escucha activa por parte del departamento de RRHH o dirección de la organización.
The present research proposes to establish a critical view by combining two scientific disciplines, the sociological and the psychological. Thus, the influence of the technological era on the rise of technostressed people is investigated through Pierre Bourdieu’s Theory of Distinction. For this purpose, a quantitative and qualitative methodology was applied to them. As a result, we obtained the existence of a common nexus that relates the Theory of Distinction with the psychosocial risk of Technostress on these people, and established the need for active listening on the part of the HR department or management of the organisation in order to avoid the same psychosocial risk.
