This article presents the creation and implementation of an online course on digital tools, from the planning phase to the analysis of results. The objective of the course was to train participants in the efficient use of tools such as Google Drive, Google Forms, Sheets, Trello and Google Slides, with a focus on optimizing their professional activities. The methodology adopted included the teaching plan preparation, recording of video tutorials, publication of the course in Google Classroom, review by experts, and analysis of the participants’ responses. The results showed that the course exceeded the expectations of the majority of the 25 participants, who emphasized the practical usefulness of the tools learned in their work routines. The responses indicated different levels of familiarity with the tools, providing a deeper understanding and also the discovery of new resources. Besides, there were suggestions for content expansion with the inclusion of more topics. In conclusion, the course proved to be effective in training the participants, offering a practical and relevant approach to the use of digital technologies. The positive evaluations and suggestions for improvement indicate the potential for continuous course evolution, in line with the growing demand for digital skills in the professional and educational scenario.
