Con los datos definitivos de 2024, analizamos la evolución de las sanciones impuestas por la Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD) y las comparamos con años anteriores. La tabla recoge los hechos infractores del año, clasificados por sectores, e incluye los preceptos vulnerados del RGPD, la LOPDGDD y la LSSI, junto con las sanciones impuestas y la indicación expresa de si se ha producido terminación por pago en período voluntario. Además, se presentan gráficos visuales que resumen la información por meses, tipo de infracción y cuantía de las sanciones en cada sector.
With the final data from 2024, we analyze the evolution of the sanctions imposed by the AEPD and compare them with previous years. The table compiles the infractions recorded throughout the year, classified by sector, and includes the violated provisions of the GDPR, LOPDGDD, and LSSI, along with the imposed sanctions and an explicit mention of whether payment was made during the voluntary period. Additionally, visual graphs summarize the information by month, type of infraction, and the amount of sanctions in each sector.
