O presente estudo tem como finalidade analisar a interface entre o Objetivo de Desenvolvimento Sustentável 3 (ODS 3) da Agenda 2030 e a formulação jurídica da Política Pública de Saúde. O problema que norteia a pesquisa é identificar as diretrizes do ODS 3 e seus impactos na formulação da Política Pública de Saúde no Brasil, tendo em vista as metas estabalecidas até 2030. O método de pesquisa será o dedutivo e a técnica de pesquisa a bibliográfica. A hipótese é de que a adoção do ODS 3 da Agenda 2030 implica diretamente na formulação da Política Pública de Saúde trazendo desafios e premissas para elaboração de um direito à saúde sustentável e intergeracional. O trabalho divide-se em dois segmentos, que correspondem aos objetivos específicos do estudo. Primeiro aborda-se a Agenda 2030 e o Objetivo 3 de Desenvolvimento Sustentável para a saúde, em seguida, analisa-se a formulação da Política Pública de Saúde no Brasil sob a óptica das metas estabelecidas no ODS 3.
The present study aims to analyze the interface between Sustainable Development Goal 3 (SDG 3) of the 2030 Agenda and the legal formulation of the Public Health Policy. The problem that guides the research is to identify the SDG 3 guidelines and their impacts on the formulation of Public Health Policy in Brazil in view of the goals established until 2030. The research method will be deductive and the research technique will be bibliographic. The hypothesis is that the adoption of SDG 3 of the 2030 Agenda directly implies the formulation of the Public Health Policy, bringing challenges and premises for the elaboration of a sustainable and intergenerational right to health. The work is divided into two segments, which correspond to the specific objectives of the study. First, the 2030 Agenda and Goal 3 of Sustainable Development for health are addressed, then the formulation of the Public Health Policy in Brazil is analyzed from the perspective of the goals established in SDG 3.
