Esta investigación se realizó con el objetivo de determinar la influencia que tiene la participación en el Programa Conectate en el desarrollo de la experiencia docente digital de una escuela y brindar sugerencias sobre las formas en que se podria mejorar el programa. Para lograr este objetivo, se llevó a cabo un estudio aplicado de enfoque cuantitativo que utilizó la técnica hipotéticamente deducible de un diseño de estudio pre experimental. La muestra para la investigación estuvo compuesta por 200 educadores que trabajan en escuelas secundarias Los investigadores recopilaron datos administrando cuestionarios y un cuestionario en linea en formato de prueba, después de recopilar y evaluar los resuitados, llegaron a la conclusión de que solo el treinta por ciento de los maestros mostraban indicios de progresión, mientras que el setenta por ciento habia llegado a una meseta.Se ha demostrado que utilizar este curriculo para ayudar a los docentes a mejorar su fluidez digital es una opción viable. Los resultados de la prueba de Wilcoxon indican que el programa Conéctate es efectivo para ayudar a los instructores a adquirir habilidades pedagógicas digitales (valor p = 0,001). Si el porcentaje que se recauda se puede utilizar para verificar que el programa se esta aplicando de manera adecuada, la expansión del programa será beneficiosa
This research was carried out with the objective of determining the influence that participation in the Conectate Program has on the development of a school’s digital teaching experience and providing suggestions on ways in which the program could be improved. To achieve this objective, an applied study of a quantitative approach was carried out that used the technique hypothetically deducible from a pre-experimental study design. The sample for the research consisted of 200 educators working in secondary schools. The researchers collected data by administering questionnaires and an online questionnaire in test format. After collecting and evaluating the results, they concluded that only thirty percent of teachers were showing signs of progression, while 70 percent had reached a plateau. Using this curriculum to help teachers improve their digital fluency has been shown to be a viable option. Wilcoxon test results indicate that the Connect program is effective in helping instructors acquire digital pedagogical skills (p-value = 0.001). If the percentage that is collected can be used to verify that the program is being applied adequately, the expansion of the program will be beneficial.
