    Este artículo estudia la implementación del Reglamento (UE)2024/2809 del Parlamento Europeo y del Consejo, de 23 de octubre de 2024, que modifica el Reglamento de abuso de mercado y el Reglamento de instrumentos financieros y el nexo con el Reglamento (UE) 2024/1689 (Inteligencia Artificial), la evolución de la manipulación algorítmica por operadores bursátiles autónomos ante una deficiente normativa de la Unión Europea sobre los FX contracts.

    This article studies the implementation of the Regulation of the European Parlament and of the Council of 23 October 2024, which amends the Market Abuse Regulation and the Financial Instruments Regulation and the nexus with Artificial Intelligence, the incidence and evolution of algorithmic manipulation by autonomous trading agents in the face of deficient European Union Regulation on FX Contracts.
