El artículo reflexionará sobre la estrategia verde de transformación de la economía europea, que solo tendrá éxito si es Justa e inclusiva, para unos ciudadanos que puedan aprovechar los beneficios que le ofrece la transición ecológica. No hay que engañarse, es seguro que los efectos de bienestar y perdida se repartirán de manera desigual, planteando enormes retos al pilar europeo de derechos sociales, siendo imprescindible un “Plan Social” específico, basado en los Derechos Humanos y en el Estado de Derecho, como valor fundacional clave de la UE que garantice un “Mecanismo de Transición Justa”, que convierta a la UE en un paradigma internacional de estos valores y como la única ruta posible para su ansiada autonomía estratégica, donde América Latina y el caribe (ALC) debería jugar un papel geopolítico crucial.
The article will reflect on the green transformation strategy of the European economy, which will only succeed if it is just and includes for some citizens who can take advantage of the benefits offered by the economic transition. It is not to be deceived, it is certain that the effects of welfare and lost will be unevenly divided, placing enormous challenges to the European pillar of social rights, a special “Social Plan” in Human Rights is always essential as a key foundational value of the EU that guarantees a “Fair Transition Mechanism” that makes the EU an international paradigm of these values as the only possible route for its longing strategic autonomy, where Latin America and the Caribbean (ALC) should play a crucial geopolitical role.
