La segmentación laboral, en todas sus vertientes, es una situación que se da en numerosos sectores que conforman el mercado laboral español. El deporte profesional es un ámbito que, de manera reciente, se ha profesionalizado y han surgido diferentes relaciones laborales dentro del mismo. En este estudio se llevará a cabo un análisis de las comisiones directivas de los 42 clubes del fútbol profesional masculino y los 16 clubes de la liga de fútbol profesional femenina.Es por ello por lo que resulta de interés, como objetivo básico de la investigación, conocer y analizar qué tipo de perfiles profesionales se dedican a la gestión deportiva profesional y si existe segmentación laboral y, en su caso, de qué tipo. En particular, en el deporte con más arraigo (y con un mayor nivel de profesionalización) en nuestro país, es decir, en el fútbol.
Labor segmentation, in all its aspects, is a situation that occurs in numerous sectors that make up the Spanish labor market. Professional sport is an area that has recently become professional and different employment relationships have emerged within it. In this study, an analysis will be carried out of the board of directors of the 42 men’s professional soccer clubs and the 16 clubs of the women’s professional soccer league.That is why it is of interest, as a basic objective of the research, to know and analyse what type of professional profiles are dedicated to professional sports management and whether there is job segmentation and, if so, what type. In particular, in the sport with the most roots (and with a higher level of professionalization) in our country, that is, football.
