El objetivo de esta investigación es identificar los principales grupos de interés para la Fundación de Acción Social Cáritas, así como las convergencias y divergencias que tendrán con esta ONG en relación a sus retos para el año 2035. Para ello, se formó un panel de expertos a través del coeficiente de competencia de expertos K. Posteriormente, los 15 participantes seleccionados seleccionaron y filtraron los stakeholders o grupos de interés relevantes para la ONG con el apoyo del test estadístico W de Kendall. Una vez obtenido el listado de stakeholders, se desarrolló el método MACTOR para medir sus niveles de poder, alianzas y conflictos respecto a los nueve objetivos estratégicos de la Fundación de Acción Social Cáritas para el año 2035. Entre los principales hallazgos se identificaron 30 stakeholders con influencia sobre la Fundación de Acción Social Cáritas. Además, entre las alianzas más importantes se encuentran el Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores y Movilidad Humana, Cooperantes Fraternos, Cáritas Internacionalis y Aliados Estratégicos. Por otro lado, los conflictos más destacados involucran a Cáritas Internacionalis, la Asamblea de Socios de la Fundación de Acción Social Cáritas, Profesionales externos a la Fundación de Acción Social Cáritas y Cooperantes Fraternos.
The objective of this research is to identify the main stakeholders for Fundación de Acción Social Cáritas, as well as the convergences and divergences that they will have with this NGO about its challenges by 2035. For this, a panel of experts was formed through the expert competence coefficient K. Subsequently, the 15 selected participants selected and filtered the relevant stakeholders for the NGO with the support of Kendall's W statistical test. Once the list of stakeholders was obtained, the MACTOR method was developed to measure their levels of power and alliances and conflicts regarding the 9 strategic objectives of the Fundación de Acción Social Cáritas towards the year 2035. Among the main findings, 30 stakeholders who influence the Fundación de Acción Social Cáritas were identified. However, the most important alliances include the Ministry of Foreign Relations and Human Mobility, Cooperantes Fraternos, Cáritas Internacionalis, and Strategic Allies. On the other hand, the most prominent conflicts include Cáritas Internacionalis, the Partner Assembly of Fundación de Acción Social Cáritas, Professionals external to Fundación de Acción Social Cáritas, and Cooperantes Fraternos.
