A nivel de educación universitaria, tras la pandemia vivida a inicios del año 2020 se buscaron herramientas y estrategias para cumplir con los resultados esperados. El uso tanto de herramientas tecnológicas como de programas especializados para facilitar la interacción son ejemplo de ellos. El uso de estas estrategias y herramientas se han incorporado de manera definitivas en los programas docentes. La presente investigación busca medir si el uso de herramientas tecnológicas influye en el nivel de satisfacción de los estudiantes de antropología de la Universidad Técnica Particular de Loja de Ecuador en el ciclo octubre 2022 – febrero 2023. La metodología empleada en este estudio fue la estadística descriptivas, la correlación de Spearman y el contraste no paramétrico de Kruskal-Wallis. Los resultados muestran una alto nivel de satisfacción por el uso de las TIC y por los conocimientos adquiridos. Encontrándose que no existe diferencia significativa en el nivel de satisfacción cuando los estudiantes se clasifican en función del sexo.
At the level of university education, after the pandemic experienced at the beginning of the year 2000, tools and strategies were sought to meet the expected results. The use of both technological tools and specialized programs to facilitate interaction are examples of them. Then, the use of these strategies and tools have been definitively incorporated into the teaching programs. This research seeks to measure whether the use of technological tools influences the level of satisfaction of anthropology students at the Universidad Técnica Particular de Loja in Ecuador in the cycle October 2022 - February 2023. The data is analyzed through descriptive statistics, Spearman’s correlation and the Kruskal-Wallis test. The results show a high assessment of the level of satisfaction with the use of ICT and the knowledge acquired, but there is no significant difference when the assessment is grouped by sex.
