Las tecnologías de la industria 4.0 han revolucionado las diferentes esferas sociales, entre ellas el sector educativo que, en términos de educación 4.0 se ha visto beneficiado a partir del uso de la inteligencia artificial, sin embargo, pocos artículos han unificado la literatura existente sobre la temática, por lo que el presente estudio tiene como objetivo conocer las tendencias investigativas en este campo, por lo que se realiza un análisis bibliométrico con los parámetros de PRISMA-2020. Entre los principales resultados, se tiene que autores como Bond M y Marín V, entre otros, son los principales referentes académicos, así como, en términos conceptuales, el Machine Learning es la principal herramienta en términos de desarrollo de inteligencia artificial, y que de forma emergente se tienen conceptos como Deep Learning o la minería de datos educativos, sobre las cuales se necesita más investigación futura.
Industry 4.0 technologies have revolutionized different social spheres, including the educational sector which, in terms of education 4.0, has benefited from the use of artificial intelligence; however, few articles have unified the existing literature on the thematic, so the present study aims to know the research trends in this field, for which a bibliometric analysis is carried out with the parameters of PRISMA-2020. Among the main results, authors such as Bond M and Marín V, among others, are the main academic references, as well as, in conceptual terms, Machine Learning is the main tool in terms of artificial intelligence development, and that In an emerging way, there are concepts such as Deep Learning or educational data mining, on which more future research is needed.
