Frente a los cambios de la humanidad a nivel tecnológico y tecnocientífico, se plantea la necesidad de un abordaje sistemático del bioderecho, considerando la dignidad humana y la sobrevivencia del entero ecosistema. Desde una construcción ética, interdisciplinaria y realista, valorando los posibles impactos de la tecnociencia en la sobrevivencia humana y planetaria. Esa vulnerabilidad puede y debe ser abordada desde la solidaridad. Presenta el bioderecho con un prisma interdisciplinar (bajo el trinomio ética, derecho y ciencia) que permite unir la reflexión ética, valoración científica y proyección social en un entorno de justicia, para las generaciones futuras. El bioderecho es, en definitiva, una ciencia que establece, como eje argumental de todas sus reflexiones, la sensibilidad hacia el ser humano
Faced with the changes in humanity at a technological and techno-scientific level, the need arises for a systematic approach to biolaw, considering human dignity and the survival of the entire ecosystem. From an ethical, interdisciplinary and realistic construction, assessing the possible impacts of technoscience on human and planetary survival. This vulnerability can and must be addressed through solidarity. It presents biolaw from an interdisciplinary prism (under the trinomial of ethics, law and science) that allows us to unite ethical reflection, scientific assessment and social projection in an environment of justice, for future generations. Biolaw is, in short, a science that establishes, as the axis of all its reflections, sensitivity towards human beings.
