La Ley Orgánica 1/2025, de 2 de enero ha introducido modificaciones directas en varios artículos del Texto Refundido de la Ley Concursal, afectantes a la retribución del administrador concursal en el procedimiento ordinario; a la acreditación registral de las reglas especiales de liquidación; y a la designación y retribución del administrador concursal en el procedimiento especial. Pero, junto a ello, también despliega incidencia en materia de insolvencia mercantil a través de las reformas incidentes en otras normas legales.
Organic Law 1/2025, of January 2, has made direct modifications to several articles of the Consolidated Text of the Bankruptcy Law, affecting the remuneration of the bankruptcy administrator in the ordinary procedure; to the registry accreditation of the special liquidation rules; and the appointment and remuneration of the bankruptcy administrator in the special procedure. But, along with this, it also has an impact on commercial insolvency through the reforms incident to other legal regulations.
