    O presente trabalho tem como escopo trazer à lume a problemática de uma forte cultura arraigada nos países do oriente médio, que por vezes vem a conflitar com os direitos humanos que a todos são assegurados pela própria condição de ser humano. Busca delinear paralelos entre questões culturais que devem ser respeitadas, mas que ao mesmo tempo não podem se sobrepor à condição humana do ser e de tudo aquilo que lhe é naturalmente de direito. Por meio do método dedutivo por pesquisa bibliográfica, a pesquisa foi conduzida a fim de demonstrar de maneira fundamentada todas as faces do tema em questão (mutilação genital feminina), analisando todas as consequências da prática e violações por ela causadas quanto ao âmbito jurídico numa vertente que procura fazer analogia sob uma ótica dos usos, costumes e da legislação brasileira vigente. Como contribuição, objetiva em sua essência fomentar um raciocínio para além da própria realidade e contribuir para um entendimento e compreensão enriquecedores a respeito de outras culturas e conflitos, de imensa relevância e importância num contexto mundial partindo da premissa de que a solidariedade deve permear com muita força nossas relações para com o outro

    The scope of this work is to bring to light the problem of a strong culture rooted in Middle Eastern countries, which sometimes comes into conflict with the human rights that are guaranteed to all by the very condition of being human. It seeks to outline parallels between cultural issues that must be respected, but that at the same time cannot override the human condition of being and everything that is naturally entitled to it. Through the deductive method of bibliographical research, the research was conducted in order to demonstrate in a reasoned way all the faces of the subject in question (female genital mutilation), analyzing all the consequences of the practice and violations caused by it in terms of the legal scope in a strand that seeks to make an analogy from the perspective of uses, customs and current Brazilian legislation. As a contribution, it essentially aims to foster reasoning beyond reality itself and contribute to an enriching understanding and understanding of other cultures and conflicts,of immense relevance and importance in a global context, based on the premise that solidarity must permeate and strengthen our relationships with each other.
