    O presente artigo coloca em discussão a governamentalidade neoliberal na educação brasileira, ao destacar como ela coloca em risco o direito à educação no país. Explora a tensão entre as garantias constitucionais de universalidade e equidade na educação e a realidade de um sistema educacional subordinado aos interesses de mercado. Nesse contexto, problematiza a escolarização obrigatória como instrumento de normalização e controle social, por meio de políticas educacionais, como a Base Nacional Comum Curricular e o Novo Ensino Médio, que reforçam a comoditização da educação, contribuindo para a exclusão e perpetuação das desigualdades sociais.

    This article discusses neoliberal governmentality in Brazilian education, highlighting how it endangers the right to education in the country. It explores the tension between the constitutional guarantees of universality and equity in education and the reality of an educational system subordinated to market interests. In this context, it problematizes compulsory schooling as an instrument of normalization and social control through educational policies such as the Brazilian Common Curricular Base and the New High School model, which reinforce the commodification of education, contributing to exclusion and the perpetuation of social inequalities
