El presente documento producto de una investigación exploratoria, tiene como objetivo examinar las condiciones históricas y operativas que lesionaron los derechos humanos durante la dictadura militar en Paraguay (1936-1989), haciendo énfasis en el gobierno del General Alfredo Stroessner, así mismo, identificar los hechos entorno a la administración de justicia de las víctimas de la dictadura. Para su argumentación se organiza la información por fases de desarrollo que permiten constatar la existencia de un sistema represivo que tuvo como resultado el recrudecimiento de las violaciones de derechos humanos y una administración de justicia insuficiente.
This document, the result of exploratory research, aims to examine the historical and operational conditions that violated human rights during the military dictatorship in Paraguay (1936-1989), with a focus on the government of General Alfredo Stroessner. It also seeks to identify the events related to the administration of justice for the victims of the dictatorship. For its argumentation, the information is organized into developmental phases that allow for the verification of a repressive system which resulted in the escalation of human rights violations and inadequate administration of justice.
