La LO 1/2025, de manera transversal, transforma los órganos unipersonales en Secciones de los Tribunales de Instancia y en Sección del Tribunal Central de Instancia. En el ámbito Contencioso-administrativo, además, amplía levemente una competencia de la Sala de lo Contencioso-administrativo de la Audiencia Nacional, extiende la legitimación activa a los sindicatos que actúen en nombre e interés del personal funcionario y estatutario afiliado, introduce cambios de calado en el procedimiento abreviado y adapta la LOPJ a la LO 7/2015.
LO 1/2025, in a transversal way, transforms the single-person Courts into Sections of the Courts of Instance and into a Section of the Central Court of Instance. In the Contentious-administrative field, it also slightly expands the jurisdiction of the Contentious-administrative Chamber of the Audiencia National, extends the legal standing of trade unions that act in the name and interest of the affiliated civil servants and statutory staff, introduces far-reaching changes in the abbreviated procedure and adapts the LOPJ to LO 7/2015.
