The regime of incompatibilities of the members of the tax career is fundamentally regulated in the Organic Statute and requires, for its concession, the intervention of the Fiscal Council through the administrative procedures provided for therein. The Fiscal Council acts as the ruling body of necessary participation in the concession procedure.
