Cinco menores ucranianos, huérfanos y hermanos, salen de un hogar orfanato de Ucrania en el marco de un plan de ayuda humanitario por un período, al comienzo del estallido de la guerra entre Ucrania y Rusia. Estos son acogidos por una familia española en Cataluña y documentados como menores extranjeros desplazados por vacaciones. En menos de tres meses desde su llegada a España, se reclama por las autoridades ucranianas el retorno de los menores. En este impasse varios de los hermanos denuncian malos tratos de sus tutores legales ucranianos en Ucrania, mientras estos fueron familia de acogida de los menores en aquel país. Se analizan las circunstancias y se decide el retorno de los menores. Se interpone demanda frente a la resolución administrativa solicitando medidas cautelares, que no son aceptadas, siendo los menore retornados a Ucrania antes de que se dicte Sentencia.
Five Ukrainian orphans and siblings leave an orphanage in Ukraine as part of a humanitarian aid plan for a period, at the beginning of the outbreak of the war between Ukraine and Russia. These are welcomed by a Spanish family in Catalonia and documented as foreign minors displaced for vacation. In less than three months since their arrival in Spain, the Ukrainian authorities are demanding the return of the minors. In this impasse, several of the brothers denounce mistreatment by their Ukrainian legal guardians in Ukraine, while they were host families for those in that country. The circumstances are analyzed, and the return of the minors is decided. A lawsuit is filed against the administrative resolution requesting precautionary measures that are not accepted, and the minors are returned to Ukraine before the Judgment is handed down.
