El presente trabajo tiene por objeto analizar el alcance del Real Decreto 893/2024, de 10 de septiembre, por el que se regula la protección de la seguridad y la salud en el ámbito del servicio del hogar familiar, y que desarrolla la disposición adicional decimoctava de la Ley 31/1995, de 8 de noviembre, de Prevención de Riesgos Laborales.
The purpose of this paper is to analyze the scope of Royal Decree 893/2024, of September 10, which regulates the protection of safety and health in the field of family home service, and which develops the eighteenth additional provision of Law 31/1995, of November 8, on Occupational Risk Prevention.
