Esta investigación tuvo como propósito analizar las formas de organización comunita-ria que se generaron a partir del éxodo masivo de individuos que provinieron desde los campos agrícolas hasta las zonas donde se inició la actividad petrolera a mediados del siglo XX en Venezuela, específicamente en la parroquia La Concepción, municipio Dr. Jesús E. Lossada, del edo. Zulia. Grupos de individuos que se apostaron alrededor de los campos petroleros, construyendo asentamientos humanos que dieron lugar a formas de organización comunitarias para re-crear espacios dignos de habitabilidad en semejanza con los campos petroleros. Este trabajo tuvo como método principal la etnografía, se utilizaron herramientas metodológicas la recolección de datos (audio-visuales), entre-vistas y sistema diferencial para llegar al texto etnográfico, destacamos como resultado que la organización comunitaria ha permitido que estos territorios populares petroleros se mantengan en el tiempo así como también sus formas de organización y participa-ción sin el impulso de la industria petrolera a diferencia de los campos petroleros.
This research had as purpose to analyze the forms of community organization that is generated from the massive exodus of individuals that came from agricultural fields to areas where oil activity in the mid-20th century in Venezuela, specifically in the parish of La Concepcion, municipality Dr. Jesús e. Lossada, of edo started. Zulia. Groups of individuals who were stationed around the oil fields, building human settlements that resulted in communal forms of organization to re-create spaces worthy of habitability in resemblance to the oil fields. This work had as main method ethnography, collection of (audio-visual) data, interviews and differential system methodological tools were used to reach the ethnographic text, highlight as a result that the CBO has allowed these territories popular tankers keep in time as well as their forms of organization and participation without the boost of the oil industry as opposed to the oil fields.
