This paper conducts a comprehensive, in-depth and systematic study on the development of green finance at home and abroad and the practice of relevant literature, and collates the relevant content. This paper mainly uses the knowledge of economics, finance, accounting and financial management to summarize the development status of green finance supporting circular economy. Circular green development is a development model that emphasizes resource conservation and environmental protection. Its core idea is to achieve sustainable development by promoting resource recycling and reducing environmental pollution. In order to support circular green development, it is necessary to construct corresponding support systems and conduct development strategy analysis. This article constructs a corresponding support system and analyzes development strategies based on the circular green development of the economy. It introduces the current situation of green finance supporting circular economy in China. Finally, it is proposed to improve green finance laws and regulations, improve green finance support mechanism, improve investment and financing channels, accelerate Financial innovation, and actively promote supports circular economy.
