With the comprehensive development of basketball education informatization, China’s basketball education system has achieved vigorous development. Online courses have gradually entered people’s sight. The education reform driven by distance, blended, and online learning, also known as the SPOC model, is innovating. In order to meet the needs of basketball learners, this article creates a subject network course system based on the SPOC database platform. By utilizing basketball resources to assist in planning and optimizing teaching videos, audio, and other means, the implementation work has steadily progressed from a fundamental perspective. By optimizing node integration, the entire subject network course has been constructed. Through testing the transformation mode of basketball education, the system innovation based on SPOC database is successful.
