In order to better protect Gannan traditional dwellings and inherit Gannan Hakka traditional culture, it is urgent to conduct comprehensive, systematic, and in-depth research on them. This article explores and inherits the unique value of traditional Hakka dwellings in Gannan, which coexist harmoniously with nature in terms of space, form, and settlement, and extend the cultural context of the residents. Thus, we can gain a deeper understanding of the poetic beauty of its “combination of spirit and form” and “unity of things and myself”, and find a foothold in aesthetics for continuing the Hakka bloodline in Gannan.
