El Internet de las Cosas (IoT) es una tecnología que conecta objetos físicos a internet. No obstante, una de las principales preocupaciones se asocia con la seguridad, por lo que, entre tanto, se requiere investigar sobre medidas de protección de la información y la privacidad en los dispositivos interconectados a través de la red. El objetivo es examinar las tendencias investigativas sobre la ciberseguridad en el internet de las cosas en las bases de datos Scopus y Web of Science. Para esto se realiza una investigación bibliométrica sobre la ciberseguridad de IoT, según criterios PRISMA 2020, en las bases de datos Web of Science y Scopus.
La cantidad de artículos, desde el 2015, ha crecido de forma polinomial cuadrática, donde los países líderes en investigación son Estados Unidos, Reino Unido, España y Arabia Saudita. En la actualidad, los principales conceptos son Deep Learning y Machine Learning, teniendo algunos conceptos emergentes como la detección de ataques, el aprendizaje federado y la inteligencia artificial
The Internet of Things (IoT) is a technology that connects physical objects to the internet. However, one of the main concerns is associated with security, therefore, research is required on measures to protect information and privacy in devices interconnected through the network. The aim is to examine research trends on cybersecurity in the Internet of Things in the Scopus and Web of Science databases. To this end, bibliometric research on IoT cybersecurity is conducted, according to PRISMA 2020 criteria, in the Web of Science and Scopus databases.
The number of articles, since 2015, has grown quadratically polynomially, where the leading countries in research are the United States, the United Kingdom, Spain, and Saudi Arabia. Currently, the main concepts are Deep Learning and Machine Learning, with some emerging concepts such as attack detection, federated learning, and artificial intelligence.
