En una nueva entrega dentro de la sección "Tribuna Constitucional", el profesor Josep Maria Castellà (Universidad de Barcelona), analiza el significado de la Ley Fundamental de Bonn, con motivo de la celebración de su 75 aniversario. El título de su aportación es "A los 75 años de la Ley Fundamental de Bonn: su influencia en la Constitución española".
Como se afirma en el texto, no se trata solo de comentar lo que la Grundgesetz ha supuesto para la historia de la nación germana, sino también la influencia que ha tenido en otros países, singularmente España, "a cuya transición a la democracia -afirma el autor- tanto ayudó la República Federal Alemana y cuya Ley Fundamental y el Derecho público alemán tanta influencia ejercieron en los constituyentes en 1977-78 (solo equiparable a la italiana), y aún más en la doctrina constitucional en los años setenta y posteriores, así como también en la jurisprudencia del Tribunal Constitucional desde sus primeras sentencias en 1981".
In a new installment within the 'Constitutional Tribune' section, Professor Josep Maria Castellà (University of Barcelona) analyzes the significance of the Bonn Basic Law on the occasion of its 75th anniversary. The title of his contribution is '75 Years of the Bonn Basic Law: Its Influence on the Spanish Constitution.' As stated in the text, it is not only about commenting on what the Grundgesetz has meant for the history of the German nation, but also the influence it has had on other countries, particularly Spain, 'whose transition to democracy - the author asserts - was greatly aided by the Federal Republic of Germany and whose Basic Law and German public law had a significant influence on the framers in 1977-78 (only comparable to the Italian), and even more so on constitutional doctrine in the seventies and later, as well as on the jurisprudence of the Constitutional Court since its first rulings in 1981.
